He was born in May 2009 but sadly Spice Girl died, so he is an orphan foal. Fortunately we have found a wonderful foster mare so he is now having a much better start to life.</p> <br /> <p>Spice Girl was by Welton Crackerjack who i understand was also an orphan foal. He was first competed by her daughters Ali and Tor, but New Zealander Neil Spratt has been riding him since July 2008.</p> <br /> <p>They put up a fantastic performance, placed 2nd after the dressage and then cross country.
